So close... We want a 17" screen, but mostly to have a higher resolution. What's the point to go from 15 to 17 and keep the same resolution? Also, can we really not extend the screen another inch below; such a wasted space. Also... camo?! Really? What is this? The redneck edition?

Heck yeah, this is what I've been waiting for, thought Gigabyte would do it first! Here's hoping they and MSI follow suit! Just a real pity about that awful camera placement..

There have been no notebooks with both narrow bezels and 144 Hz panels until now. Asus has teamed up with AU Optronics to develop a 17.3-inch 144 Hz/3 ms panel made specifically for gaming and the narrow-bezel GL704 will be the first to use it.
