Quote from: Lake on October 24, 2018, 11:37:22I've read on MSI website that the M2 connector is a SATA/NVME combo (whatever the hell that means).
You say on your article that there is no NVME available. So, this laptop does not accept M2 NVMe drives at all? Or the NVMe is based on luck? Hardly a good move to ship such a power house without NVME option.

My MSI GL63 8RC work ADATA Swordfish 500GB PCI-e NvME :) Now write this text on my MSI...

the only drawback about this laptop is its hinges, been using this beast for more than a year now, however, i have changed the whole body twice due to a hinges problem.

Actually in my region in Indonesia... it only support m.2 NVMe only... m.2SATA didn't work and doesn't even show on the bios settings... So only m.2 NVMe worked here

Excellent for the price. At only $900 USD, the entry-level MSI GL63 is able to play most if not all modern titles at 1080p with some tweaked settings for smoother frame rates. The stereo speakers are surprisingly decent and fan noise is relatively low for such an inexpensive gaming machine.
