Vivo bragged 98% screen to body here and as anybody could see that's not the case, I don't know if their PE teacher taught them math or something but this is only marginally better than the MIX2S, nothing groundbreaking.

I would drop the front camera and place all sensors on a side. After all, there are a lot of people who never take selfies..

Using the front glass to omit sound is nothing new, it has been on devices since as early as 2014 (Sharp Aquos Crystal). The pop-up selfie camera on the Vivo device is impractical, ugly, and begs for issues. You need space for ambient lighting sensor, for proximity sensor, not to mention LED notifications light.

All those Samsung and LG fans who can't live with an ugly notched display might have a reason to celebrate once the next generation flagships come out. The reason is that these two brands are supposedly ready to use "sound-emitting displays" that eliminate the need for a front-facing earpiece.
