Apple konnte 2017 weltweit deutlich mehr Einheiten seiner Smartwatches Apple Watch absetzen, als ursprünglich von Analysten erwartet. Im Jahr 2017 wurden rund um den Globus rund 18 Millionen Apple Watches ausgeliefert.
