If a light 15-inch Ultrabook is a necessity, then we recommend checking out the Samsung Notebook 9 instead of the Gram 15Z975 as the Samsung is almost as light while offering a firmer keyboard and much brighter display for improved outdoor visibility.
I do not recommend looking at the Samsung Series 9, because there is a completely rotten screen in terms of flicker. only 200Hz by PWM. Eyes will burn. Do you need this? LG has a great screen on all counts. An excellent business lightweight notebook, not as cheap as in the E580/G5 450 for IPS, but also not as excellent as in the XPS ...

The only powerful LG Gram jamb without a discrete video adapter is that it has shared memory between 620 in between and applications, OS, which naturally affects performance in the worst way, but in general 980 new modification with Thunderbolt 3.0 is definitely the best light business notebook in 15.6, if it has really quiet cooling system. Well, the small strength of the body and the lid is a fee for light weight, you must handle it carefully and wear it as well.

Если бы LG предлагала его с 4к матовым экраном по адекватной цене и увеличила чуток вес тепловых трубок, увелив при этом диаметр турбины, было бы совсем замечательно.

If LG offered it with a 4k matte screen at an adequate price and increased the weight of heat pipes, while increasing the diameter of the turbine, it would be quite remarkable.

It would be very good if they did something similar on the new i5 8269U from Intel with TDP 28 W, it's just a super-processor of the new generation with Iris graphics and performance equal for i7-7700HQ. Let it weigh not 1.1 kg, but 1.4 kg, with a more serious cooling system needed for a 28 W TDP processor, but complete with a 4k matte matrix, 2 usb 3.1 on each side,  plus TB3.0 usb-c and an HDMI 2.0b output that would be hit 2018 ...

Same old ignorance on chassis durability like any other hardware review.
flexible chassis =/= weak, rigid chassis =/= durable.

I bet no 2018 Lenovo Thinkpads or any other business class laptops can survive this.

Well, the latency of ram is 10-10-10-28 as a DDR4 memory chip@1200mhz. No error here though indicated single-channel? Most modules are 16@2400 or 15@2133 and fast chips are 14@2400,15@2666, 18@3000.

Half the weight of the XPS 15. How light can a 15-inch notebook get? The LG Gram 15 dares to be the lightest in the world at just over 1 kg, but the system is not without some missing bells and whistles commonly found on most other Ultrabooks.
