I was wanting to buy a new laptop before Christmas, now I may have to wait. 4 core/8 threads and GTX 10XX vs 6/12 and GTX 20XX within 6 months?

nice intel changes the tag from i7 to i9 so they can charge more in laptop. people gets brainwashed and think its okay now to pay for such junk

The mobile Core i9 looks to be essentially the same as the Core i7 in core count, thread count, and cache size but with an unlocked multiplier similar to the Kaby Lake 45 W HK-class.
