I (currently) can't seem to find this available for sale anywhere in the US. If anyone from the States has managed to buy one without leaving the country, please share where you picked it up? Thank you.

This thing puts many laptops to shame, including those in its price range. Well done, Gig. Really.

Only nags are:
- No 2.5" drive bay
- No access hatch
- Misplaced webcam

After two weeks of using, the power adapter die and I am not the only one got this problem. Check notebookcheck forum.
They replaced with another adapter with no usb port and Gigabyte said" we dont make the ac adapter with usb port anymore". A new model for serveral months and they already stop making the adapter. They must know there's some problem with their adapter.
And I ahve to pay for the shipping becuz i m in canada. Customer service is a trash. They will let you wait 1 hour then ask you to send something to them. Then they will never reply or reply once and no more.

Gigabyte Aero 15 and earlier models have been confirmed with the Thunderbolt 3 PCIe 2.0 x4 Lane speed-speed specification, which has made users very frustrated and frustrated.

The new Aero 15X Thunderbolt 3 PCIe 3.0 x4 Lane What is the correct speed?
Is there a new Aero 15X Thunderbolt 3 PCIe 3.0 x4 Lane?

Great review, as always - tell me though, did they fix the keyboard ghosting issue in the Aero 15? (See comments to your review: https://www.notebookcheck.net/Gigabyte-Aero-15-7700HQ-GTX-1060-FHD-Laptop-Review.215364.0.html

What would be great for i7-8650U would be an aero 13 with with GTX 1050 at less than 3 pounds or even less than 2.5 pounds

If they made one with i7-8650U it would be stellar.

Well you wont be giving up much with either model even with the little graphical bump to the 1070maxQ and the battery life all depends on the CPU's graphics so just get the GTX1060 model.

Can it charge via USB C? (of course not in every scenario, but I would like to know if it supports Power Delivery). Thanks!

What should I get?  I need Max battery, lower temp and noise. Aero 15 or aero15x. 1070 maxq has 90tdp and 1060 80 tpd plus 1060 have higher clock speed. But in real life testings its right  the opposite. Who can explain me all that?

Sleek, slim, slippy. In addition to a powerful CPU and a potent GPU the thin Aero 15X is also equipped with a matte IPS panel, an NVMe-SSD, and Thunderbolt 3. Even battery life is pretty decent.
