Picked one of these up on 10/27/17. So much better than the 1080 version, IMO. Yes the performance is less but it doesn't throttle and doesn't sound like a jet engine. With the savings I'll pickup a Core and slap my desktop 1080 in it.

Keyboard and screen are great.

Thank you notebookcheck! 2 days ago was considering razer blade 14 2017, then I saw the option of FHD Pro. For 2 days I searched for a competent review, but couldnt find one. you just read my mind! Now I know what to buy.
My main concernes were:
- screen flickering
- temperatures
- screen quality (bleeding, viewing angles)
- battery life

Now it looks like I found a winner :)

Looks like notebookcheck is almost in love with the new Razer. Is it the first GTX1060 laptop with no throttling and moderate temps? In any case: Stop. Putting. GTX1060. Into. Small. Laptops. Just stop it, manufacturers.

Razor's edge. The latest Blade Pro drops a lot of what made last year's Blade Pro so unique. Perhaps surprisingly, the changes and downgrades have made for an even better and more balanced gaming machine in many ways.
