Sadly, that's what we look to be stuck with--same with Doogee blatantly copying the Mi Mix...and naming it Mix too. That's quite amusing.

We reviewed the BV8000 Pro and it was pretty decent, though, so there's hope yet.

When I saw the phone's name I was sure the company is a Chinese here, because here they copy all kinds of names, like Note, now S8...come on...why would I buy a phone from a company that can't even CREATE a single name? even being here in China, chances are zero that I will buy a phone from these companies.

The S8 is Blackview's take on the trending bezel-less display and, while it may not be perfect, there's little doubt that it's a solid offering in its intended market space.
