Who cares about brands if they include so many series? Thinkpads or Latitudes are the best in build quality, durability, reliability and warranty, but XPS are just ticking bombs, and constantly failing. How to rate Dell in this case? Take an average? That's completely useless for recommendation (or not) of a computer - you either recommend well built series and advise against poor ones, or better not spread misinformation. I can only guess that rankings like these are just pushing agendas.
