Glad you guys are getting in some of the great value Chinesee brands in for review. Next time though, you should make sure to choose the quad core versions, like the EZBook 3 Pro that is now on sale and seems to be fairly popular in the community.

Recently purchased one but have a few questions:

I understand the SE is essentially a cheaper build of the EZ3PRO with plastic shell + 3gigs less ram for a reduced price, however...

I'm curious if there were any issues upon reinstalling Windows? Im planning on doing so when I get mine just so it's fresh and not a factory install with anything possibly left by the retailer (geekbuying).

Would just doing a double driver backup be sufficient? I've heard stories of people with the Ezbook 3 Pro loosing touchpad support after a fresh install.

Also curious about the bay as it seems M.2's that are 2242 would fit (even though not officially supported) but would it be possible to mod a spot of 2280's? I've seen some people put them in their pro's by removing the screw + cutting away at some plastic.

Thanks in advance if anyone gets a chance to respond to this!

MacBook Air clone. Jumper updates its EZbook to the latest Apollo Lake platform with a Celeron N3350 dual-core SoC. A matte Full HD panel, low weight and, above all, its low price promise an interesting total package. Find out which compromises this little laptop involves in the report.
