It is available from this Dell Singapore.  However it has LPDDR3 1866MHz on board.

Dell's ever-popular ultrabook was spotted with some upgraded specs on Dell's Italian website before being taken down. A faster CPU/GPU was spotted, as well as DDR4LP RAM and new configuration options.
