6700hq can easily get 684 cb in cinebench 15 multi test! so what is reason to buy 7700 hq?

Beyond the slight improvement to base and max processor frequencies, there are two other reasons to prefer the 7700hq over the 6700hq.

The first is that the Intel HD 630 graphics included with the 7700hq seem to perform somewhat better than the Intel HD 530 graphics included with the 6700hq. This wouldn't matter as much for PCs with dedicated GPUs, but I suspect it will make quite a difference for slimmer laptops without dedicated GPUs. It seems like the 630 graphics perform better than 530 for 4k screens.

Second, the 7700hq can apparently take full advantage of DDR4-2400, whereas the 6700hq can't (apparently, the 6700hq isn't designed to work with anything faster than DDR4-2133). As with the base and max processor frequencies, the difference between a 7700hq with DDR4-2400 and a 6700hq with DDR4-2400 (which will effectively be closer to performance of DDR4-2133) may be small, but could be valuable for some users.

Sooo... 4 cores at max. usage = 3.3 GHz instead of 3.1 on 6700HQ. It's not a big increase.

I hope at least this CPU consumes at least 8% less power than the 6700HQ... If so, it at least will be worth it a little more.

The Intel Kaby Lake Core i7-7700HQ is the successor of the popular high-end processor Skylake Core i7-6700HQ and will be released early next year during CES 2017. First benchmarks reveal a small improvement in speed.
