I'm not exactly seeing your logic here. The N3050 (Inspiron 11 3000) is a better processor than the N2840 (Chromebook 2). Only if you're using the i3 version of the Chromebook 2 are you correct, and that build would cost twice as much as the Inspiron 11 3000, which is significant when we're talking about trying to find a dirt cheap lappy.

This device is so mediocre compared to the market leaders: Acer c720 and the Toshiba Chromebook 2 (2015 model).  The Dell has a processor that is 1/2 to 1/3 the speed of those other two models.  I pity anyone who accidentally buys one of these products.
