Android is insecure and vulnerable by design. Nothing can change that. There is already a lot of Android garbage on the market so I don't get the "upgrade" from Windows 1920x1200 tablets series to 1280x800 garbage. I still guess there is some information missing.

Lenovo Android tablets are pretty good, in fact. Why call them junk? Had any bad experiences with them?
