The problem with such small devices is that manufacturers usually use them to target the entry-level and mid-range segments... and $400 for a mass-produced 10-inch laptop seems quite a high price.

Make it smaller, make it stronger - I am ready to shell out 400$ for a 10" robust piece with the Micro-6700T CPU, 128GB SSD and decent cooling. HP? ASUS? ACER? Anyone???
