I recently bought this acer aspire v5-552G AMD A10-5757m. During start up i can have 90 degrees celcius of thermal heat from my cpu. When in games it will reach 120-130. Is it normal or the measurement of temperatire is really accurate or not?
I used speccy and cpuidwhmonitor.additionally, AMD 5757m maximum operating temperature is about 105 degrees celcius but it never shut down.  is it a mistake on calculation of temperature of my CPU?I also have intel laptop but itwill onlyrangeupto 60 degress celcius. this is my first AMD laptop

Yes, that is what Dual Graphics proposes to do.  I will edit the opening GPU sentence in that section to clarify that -- thanks! :-)

Hello there. Are the tests in GPU part accurate ? Ussualy 8750m scores just about 1800 points in 3dmark11. 2500 seems like lot more. So isn´t the GPU performance boosted by integrated chip on CPU ?

Acer are really listen to consumer . the power button is the best position to me. i always connect my 27" LCD monitor at home with HDMI. its just help me no need to open the lid to turn on the notebook. ergonomic design.
keep the palm rest remain cool is great design. but i dont know why notebookcheck give low mark on temperature. & they very concern put the notebook on their lap . i never see this happened in Malaysia. here is 34c always, you dont have chance to enjoy online below sunlight.
battery life is very good , 4:30hour , you can see even a lot Intel ULV notebook can't acheived this result . AMD add point.
but manufacturer are try to gain more profit with AMD model , always price too high compare value of money to Intel model.

Aspire differently. Acer's latest Aspire V5 model steps back from the solid state drives and supreme battery life of most Ultrabooks in exchange for a heavier focus on graphics—all at an affordable price point. But was it worth the trouble?
