This has gotta be wrong. Android 4.3 is called Kit-Kat. And my Jelly bean Galaxy S4 says Android 4.2.2 and it was just updated. So what are you talking about? There is no 4.3 Jellybean.

Yesterday Google officially presented Android 4.3 together with the new Nexus 7, which will ship with the newest version of Android.
