Intel entwickelt bereits seit geraumer Zeit seinen Lösungsansatz für das drahtlose Aufladen von Ultrabooks und Peripherie wie Smartphones namens "Intel Wireless Charging" (IWC). Allerdings soll es erst im 2. Quartal 2013 erste Ultrabook-Modelle mit IWC geben.
