The current generation of ThinkPad workstations is still powered by 13th Gen processors. Now, it appears as like Lenovo is simply updating the existing Lenovo ThinkPad P16 Gen 2 with 14th Gen chips - which also means that there will not be a new ThinkPad P16 Gen 3 this year.
