Indeed Mich, Notebookcheck used to be, head and shoulders the best consistent and objective site for notebook reviews. Now it's yet another blog of reposted content and half baked opinions, often either designed to troll or so low quality that they provoke reactions, on a good day. On a normal day, it's another 20 reposted articles about the Cybertruck's fenders.

I'm still here for the occasional Thinkpad review, and out of habit. There are many ways ntbkchk could continue to lead as a reference even including additional categories, such as inline data creation to make the entire site into a database (or use an llm to expose a site graph), but I guess it's too much work or imagination.

Why so much focus on this Cybertruck stuff on a website supposed to be about computers and smartphones ???

The Tesla Cybertruck made some waves with a frunk that doubles as a bench for two people, despite the electric pickup's disappointing storage volume. Not to be outdone, a recent Ford patent takes the concept of a multi-functional frunk to the next level by converting it into a work surface alongside the ample storage space.
