Western clowns are TOO funny.  200 million Euros can't even build a decent Huawei campus inside China to train new Huawei employees.  BUT it's enough to pretend to invest in Europe and rip off their market via so called locally manufactured products...

Huawei has announced that it has broken ground on its first factory outside its native China. The facility is to be located in northeastern France, has a projected output of 1 billion new products per year and is estimated to employ up to 500 people. The OEM envisages that the "ultramodern" plant will be highly sustainable and might make its 5G and electric vehicle (EV) components available in Europe.
