We've also heard it all before, then in practice it was god awful.
Samsung just can't do chip design or manufacturing well, which is a shame tbh but it's bad for consumers when we get the trash Sammy produce!

An industry insider says Qualcomm may have to get all of its Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 supply from Samsung Foundry. Apple and MediaTek have supposedly lapped up all of TSMC's capacity, and an increase to accommodate Qualcomm seems unlikely.
