They say that it's an IMX800, a type 1/1.3 or something, so, deceptive marketing.

Sorry, 1" sensors have a 2.7x crop.  If the lens is 8.29mm, and equivalent to 35mm, that means the crop is a whopping 4.2x.  It's still possible they're using a 1" sensor and cropping in for stabilization room or something, but this isn't close to competing with a true camera with a 1" sensor.
