I wouldn't necessarily say that performance below average (for specs, in reasonable level) is a bad thing... If a laptop is cool, quiet and with good battery.
 
But this one here is the opposite of that all, lol; runs very loud, runs very hot, has sub-average battery life... And with all that you would expect a powerful monster but nope, quite the contrary. Funny product.

Look another artsy laptop manufacurer that thinks artists don't need performance.
That 4070 have worse performance than some 4060 and the CPU is heavily capped.
