Rover bietet mit dem UMR 809 ein neues E-Bike an. Das Modell soll sich auch durch die recht simple und nicht unbedingt an ein E-Bike erinnerte Optik überzeugen und setzt nicht auf eine Kette, sondern einen Riemenantrieb.
