Der Landwirtschafts-Simulator (LS) wurde erstmals am 14. April vor 15 Jahren veröffentlicht. Was als Nischenspiel für Landwirtschafts-Fans begann, ist mittlerweile ein Millionengeschäft. Zum 15. Geburtstag nennt Publisher und Entwickler Giants Software fantastische Zahlen zum Feiern: 2,5 Milliarden heruntergeladenen Mods für den LS.
