Apple has issued the fourth major update for iOS 16 and iPadOS 16. iOS 16.4 and iPadOS 16.4 make several small changes for modern iPhones and iPads, including 21 new emojis. iPadOS 16.4 should also improve the versatility of the Apple Pencil 2 too.
