We need more competition. The Soft-bank managed ARM has proven to be a disaster, betraying its values and purpose to move the needle from making a lot of money to making even more.

Hopefully, this is just the start of increased RISC-V adoption.

The first RISC-V SBC from Asus comes with a Renesas RZ/Five single-core MPU, 1 GB DDR4 RAM, SD card reader, 16 GB eMMC and port selection including two microUSB connectors and dual-2.5 GbE NICs.
