You should ask them about a BIOS update for Windows 11 support, because the processor used by this laptop is in Microsoft's list of supported ones. See it here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

Has anyone noticed that this laptop is non compliant with windows 11? And isn't windows 10 due to expire soon? I just bought this model and the msi tech told me all of this and said 90% of all his callers complain about this. If you're going to evaluate, do a thorough job and then stop recommending this machine.
