Die bis zu 3.500 MB/s schnelle PCIe 3.0 SSD des südkoreanischen Herstellers kostete vor ein paar Monaten noch relativ stabile 80 Euro, mittlerweile kratzt 1TB fassende Variante der Samsung 980 aber sogar an der 65-Euro-Schwelle.
