The Nintendo Switch 2 hype train shows no sign of slowing down as no fewer than three separate social media-related incidents have led to rumors that the Switch successor could be announced or even launched in 2023. The next-generation Nintendo console has no official name, with "Switch Pro" and "Switch 2" frequently appearing in reports.
