Das Blackview Tab 13 ist eigentlich ein schickes Tablet mit LTE, das man auch als PC-Ersatz verwenden kann und das für knapp über 200 Euro einiges bietet. Allerdings gibt es eine vorinstallierte App, die uns im Test den Spaß verdirbt.
