Why are all these reviews camera centric?
I am more interested in battery life, durability, OLED screen quality, software updates and longevity. I am a long time Samsung user but envious of the latest generation of Apple phones for their battery life and performance. I just don't like the jail of the Apple ecosystem.

Known professional Chinese phones shill predicts Chinese phone that's only available in limited regions will beat Korean phone. The cat is only good for leaking phones, not sure when did he start seeing himself as a market analyst.

How do you put a case on the S24 Ultra with those huge wrap-around sides?

Oh, please.  Who cares about yet another Chinese phone brand with headline specs that fails when it comes to software, updates, and the full ecosystem? Phones by Apple and Samsung have all gotten so good that there really aren't any mind-blowing new features, other than AI that Google is playing with.  And guess who is partnering with Google on that with their chip?

Quote from: Anontech on December 29, 2022, 20:17:16This is a nothingburger.

Samsung ceded the Chinese market due to lack of sales driven by protectionist regulation and local preference. They don't even manufacture phones there anymore. The Vivo won't be released in most markets outside of China.

So yeah, the S23 Ultra won't sell in China. Just like every other Samsung mobile product. News at 9.
Not selling well in China isn't exactly a nothingburger, Apples itself makes something between 20-25% of its sales in that region. To be honest Samsung has been stagnating on the hardware side for a long time now and they're not Apple that can count on its brand alone.

Hmm. Must be nice to be able to 'grow' your own money and be wasteful with your finances.

Rubbish? Enough of the doom and gloom by those pretending they have a time machine or crystal ball.

Where are Samsung's flagship phones the most popular? In North America and Korea (mostly). Everywhere else the wealthy/privileged mobile phone users will buy an iPhone. The Vivo isn't even available in North America. Enough with these ridicoulous clickbait captions.

Samsung offers a lot of unique features that other phones just don't have and guaranteed and timely updates. Not going for a Chinese phone unless they come out with some killer out of this world feature not just camera improvements and even then it would probably be an additional phone not a replacement for Samsung.

Ice universe has become a fanboy of Chinese brands but we all know the X90 series can't compete with the S23 series outside of china

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series has not even been released yet and one well-known leaker has already predicted hard times ahead for both the S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra. With the Vivo X90 Pro+ seemingly being a major threat to the success of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the same tipster has offered up early expectations for the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
