hello you doubt the instructions on the screen on the amperage but in view of your USB tester I am sure that your tester is not adequate for this kind of test, your tester sells for around 10 Euro and I doubt that  the data is precise and safe, there are much more precise USB testers but you have to pay the price for that, it is not with your outdated tester that you can judge the reliability of the shargeek strom 2

SHARGEEK has scored a crowdfunding hit with its Storm2 power bank and its Slim variant.
