They're the same.
Intel and Xiaomi announced this as some sort of collaboration, but from teardown videos the only difference is the shell. They didn't even bother to remove the NUC sticker on the RAM slot.
The shell does look nice though, also it's metal so probably also feels better. The price is slightly cheaper than NUC as well.

Does this differ at all from the wallstreet canyon Nuc 12 pro??? From the outputs it looks like its just in a different shell, otherwise identical...

Xiaomi has expanded its product portfolio to the mini-PC market. The Xiaomi Mini Host relies on a laptop processor like many other mini-PCs but offers more ports than can be found on modern laptops. The Xiaomi Mini Host also has a 0.44-litre case size, which should make it small enough to fit on most desks.
