it is high time to move away from USB-A and other outdated connectors.

It is not at all convenient when there are still some toys with MicroUSB, or USB-A is still found in laptops!
I keep silent about Apple. It has been sad there for a very long time and for a long time.

Because of this variety, there are a lot of different wires in the house: MicroUSB, USB-A, USB-B (to the printer), DC for the laptop and the router.

And so: you have USB-C wires. One failed - you instantly switched to another wire and ordered the same one at the same time. And you don't need to look for what to stick in what.

Monate nach der Ankündigung der USB-C-Pflicht wurde das entsprechende Gesetz endlich verabschiedet, sodass die Details der neuen Regulierung nun in Stein gemeißelt sind. Einzelne EU-Staaten können das Datum auf Wunsch vorverlegen.
