I'm using the Slim 7 ProX with the i5-12500H and without GPU.
I can report that fan noise - when they turn on - isn't quiet.
There is no ,,low speed fan level" like you see in other ultrabooks where you can barely hear them when they start to spin under low load.
In addition to that the fans run at full speed as soon as I turn the laptop on and boot windows. For exactly 2 minutes and then the fans are silent. I have no idea why because there is no reason for it (and Lenovo support couldn't solve this problem).
But I have to say that in office use the fans are off and you can't hear anything. Only in YouTube they start every 3-4 minutes and are active for 1-2 minutes where you can clearly hear them (as I said: no very silent fan mode).
And my none-glare 3K display is excellent.

The Asus G14 (6900HS + 6800S) achieves 74% higher FPS (much higher at 1440p/1600p) in The Witcher while only increasing the weight 10%.

Their keyboard also has also 70% more travel: 1.7 vs 1.0mm.

Unclear why this keyboard was better than thr G14.

1. Lenovo lies in psref (psref.lenovo.com/Detail/Yoga/Yoga_Slim_7_ProX_14IAH7?M=82TK006CGE) about the speed of the RAM - LPDDR5 6000 is declared, but in fact 5200 (2600x2) according to CPU-Z data.
2. Autor writes about HDMI 2.1, but according to psref, only HDMI 2.0 is output there (despite the fact that 3050 is exactly from 2.1). His check it in reallity?

Now about the laptop itself.
In the beginning about the good:
The memory, despite the lower speed in fact than stated in psref, gives out just wonderful throughput speed (although this is not enough in reality even for the 5200) against the background of other laptops. This is a champion among laptops (especially in this class) in terms of memory speed, which was immediately proved to us by the AID64 CPU PhotoWorxx test - probably the top result of 52Mpixels/s. Although the latency could have been reduced. But still a great result with over 80Gb/s on average.

Now for the cons:
The laptop screen is disgusting. Not only is it glare, but it does not even reach 2000:1, which is almost the norm for glossy IPS panels today in the best solutions (and cheapest smatphones). But this is a trifle against the background of poor color space in only 92% sRGB and a completely fake "120Hz", which in reality cannot even manage to render 50Hz in the most difficult cases. Hence the disruptions of synchronization on YouTube at 4k@60fps, in addition to the monstrous latency of the system.

And a really bad deal with the exhaust of the laptop on this fake "120Hz" panel. The temperature exceeds 50C under load, which almost certainly under such a long load can lead to its failure, because. in modern panels, the limiting max working temperature has already dropped to 50C by datasheets...

Judging by the author's review, the laptop in reality will get the owner under an impulse load with sharp howls of coolers.

Well, to top it off, a completely unusable power supply unit of only 100W. Despite the fact that only one 12700H requires 115W in a turbo mode(PL2) for fast "office"/imulpse response, not counting the other hardware inside laptop. There should definitely be a compact 150W GaN PSU here.

Well, a weak battery completes the picturesque picture - the laptop is definitely not enough for a working day and even for 6 hours of real surfing and working with something.

Das Netzteil ist im Vergleich zum Inspiron 14 Plus ca. 30 Watt schwächer. Kann man ein größeres (zB 120 Watt) nutzen um der CPU / GPU Kombo mehr kombinierte TDP zu entlocken?

Stimmt, unser Testgerät wird so nicht in Deutschland angeboten. Denn nur ein Jahr Garantie wäre nicht mit dem deutschen Recht vereinbar. Aber sie können sich das Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Pro X genau so auf der Lenovo-Seite konfigurieren, wie wir es im Test hatten und erhalten dann zwei Jahre Garantie.

Finde es ja heftig, dass ihr hier die Anschlüsse negativ bewertet.
Kaum ein vergleichbares Gerät hat mehr (HDMI, USB A, Jack, 2x USB C mit Thunderbolt).
Was sagt ihr dann bei einem Dell XPS?

Ich besitze das Slim 7 ProX mit dem i5-12500H und ohne Grafikkarte.
Negativ (bei mir) ist das Lüfterverhalten.
Beim Start von Windows laufen die Lüfter immer genau 2 Minuten grundlos auf Hochtouren ... hattet ihr das Problem nicht???

Im Office-Betrieb ist es praktisch lautlos (Lüfter still), nur während 1080p YouTube Videos laufen sie immer mal 1 Minute oder 30-40 Sekunden an.
Und es gibt dabei keine ganz leise Lüfterstufe sondern sie sind gleich deutlich hörbar.

Das Display ist von der Farbtreue genial, etwas dunklere Ränder kritisiere ich beim non-glare Panel aber.
Das Touchpad ist ein Traum, die Tastatur gut (besser als beim Acer Swift 3 wo sie ähnlich ist) und 14,5 Zoll die für mich perfekte Größe.
Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, nur die Bodenplatte knarzt beim Aufheben manchmal leicht.
