Yeah I was just about to bring that up. Most of the desktop work is ripped right from the Debian and Ubuntu UI.
Windows 11 looks a lot like Unity with a light color scheme.

Windows 11 may seem like MacOS because of similarities between BSD and Linux. But fundamentally windows 11/12 looks and feels a lot more like Linux than MacOS.

According to the wiki it will run windows applications but doesn't specify how. I assume emulation which will significantly reduce performance and compatibility. I hope it works great but I have my doubts.

There is nothing here that indicates there is actual Windows and Linux application support. A skin for Android is not application support.
