You got it backwards, the M mount is compatible with DSLR lenses, DSLR mounts aren't compatible with M lenses, this supposedly has an M mount, so the title isn't wrong, even if the crop makes it effectively useless.

Leica M lenses are for rangefinder cameras, not DSLRs. There isn't a single DSLR that they will work on, the mirror would get in the way (designed to sit too close to the film/sensor).
