The A16 is significantly more powerful and efficient than any other mobile processor. It is unfair to compare Apple's mighty processor with the energy consumption of competitors' much slower processors.

Both Mediatek and Huawei optimize their processors to perform better on benchmarks by operating at unsustainably high clock speeds which hides the inherent weakness of their flawed designs.

Qualcomm is the only manufacturer that comes close to matching Apple's processors.

The A16 Bionic on the iPhone 14 Pro duo has now been put through a series of tests in an attempt to gauge its GPU performance. While the chipset does outperform its peers, it fails to deliver noticeable improvements in raw performance versus its predecessor, the A15 Bionic.
