Here in always spendy England, my local charger just put the price up from 66p kWh to £1. About $1.20? Not sure how the pound is doing today.

I'm proof EV's aren't only for the rich, on the contrary, I live in a rural desert town, (in California for reference) and charge my 2018 USED hybrid in the garage of my home I bought back in 2011. Just gotta know how and when to spend your money. HA! Rich, wouldn't that be nice though?! Unless hybrids aren't considered EV's? I don't know if they are or not, I'm just a sheltered country mouse for the most part. If hybrid vehicles aren't considered EV's I contract my statement. After all, I am just a ☀️🏜🐀!😆

My last fast charging station in San diego was with electrify America and was .31 per kWh with a subscription. Evgo also has lower subscription prices but does pass on the savings for charging on off peak or peak times.  Guess TSLA is trying to make up for all the freebies they gave away

What about road taxes on the electricity used for transportation? Is there additional tax on the registration in California for EVs?
