None of this makes any sense. How is 1.5k not worse than 1080p? I mean, the term 4k exists because the horizontal resolution is about 4k pixels. Since it measures horizontal pixels, 2k should most often be 1080p not 1440p. And 1.5k at a 16:9 aspect ratio would only be like 844p.

God why can't anyone be consistent.

Climate change isn't a concern when it comes to having the latest phone...

Lol this article is completely pointless. You get better battery life and performance from lower resolution displays, because it doesn't push the graphics processor so hard. I'm fine with resolutions as low as 600p on some devices because it rendered better performance.

Hoping they blow me out the water in terms of design and taste

I hope this new phone is better than relationships

I am enjoying new phones similar to enjoying new enriching life experiences.

I know this phone will make me and those around me better

Yep still rocking the classic note 20 Ultra 5G still holds up vs most modern flagships.

Hoping they can blow this iPhone out the water asap. Coz it's just gonna keep being the same old same old if they can't.

I am totally satisfied with my Galaxy Fold Z. And would purchase it a million times over. 1080p is doing fine over here. Love the functionally.

It seems every article that pops up on my news feed is pro Apple with positive headlines for anything iPhone and Apple and every other electronic company has a negative article.  This has been going on for over a decade.  Very very odd.

i think this article is really about sustainable development in general but not much of a problem for what you think is best to address the situation.

What a nonsense headline, it has long been established that there is a very hard deminishing return on higher PPI's, even with phone screens that you basically hold up to your face. 1080P is plenty, I personnaly have a phone with a higher resolution and I can't tell the difference whether its set to Full HD or QHD.

It's the basic same marketing bullshit you have with TV's. Most people sitting at any reasonable viewing distance from a TV can't decern individual pixels on a 4K TV but apparently you really need 8K, cause higher numbers means more better hurr durr.

Pretty samefull for this site to propagate this nonsense..

This is completely unintelligible. I'm losing brain cells reading this. Not one single sentence makes any sense or has any relevance.

You should be ashamed of yourself.
