Any chance you can make a comparative review with the Intel version? XMG doesn't offer it, but Eluktronics sells it  - the exact same computer using the Intel platform (MECH-17 i9 12900H).

So far, the added benchmarks are only in the German test original:

Quote from: LL on September 01, 2022, 03:08:32Nice effort, pity no testing the GPU in work conditions: Blender GPU benchmark, Da Vinci Resolve Benchmark etc.

Thanks to my request, the tester Sebastian Bade has added GPU tests for V-Ray 5 and Geekbench 5.4 - OpenCL. Their speed is similar to that of MSI Titan GT77 12UHS. According to the tester's description, expect a noise of 50 ~ 52dB for such. If Blender GPU benchmark, Da Vinci Resolve etc. create close to 100% GPU and roughly 30% CPU load, I guess similar results. However, if you want to be sure, ask the tester immediately to add such Creativity / Productivity benchmarks and their noise levels because he still has the test notebook for making a few additional tests on demand. I do not know if he reads this English forum thread, so better ask him in the German thread for those notebook:

However, last time I asked, NBC did not have Blender for GPU test software. So expect him to test related benchmarks instead. You might also suggest this notebook to be tested to the Youtubers Tech Notice or Jarrod's Tech. Their tests tend to be related to your request but they would not choose XMG on their own. If you ask, maybe.

The choice of AMD CPU is an issue at current time: much less performing than a Intel and no Thunderbolt. A bit disappointed for screen quality, but high praise for the 16:10 form.

That's a puzzling characterization of 1.8 mm travel for the keys as "shallow." Compared to a desktop keyboard, yes, certainly, but these days 1.8 mm of travel on a laptop is luxuriously deep.

The Schenker XMG Neo 17 barely compromises on anything. With AMD's Ryzen 9 6900HX and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU, gamers have a lot to get excited over. In this review, we will go into more detail regarding the actual performance and new features of the M22 model.
