It's pretty useless to measure a multiport charger only charging one device.
I doubt that for instance- it could output 100w X 2.
And what are the numbers when charging 3 & 4 devices simultaneously...
Ports # 3&4 @ 18w each fairly useless for non-budget phones.

Even @ single max 100w not that great with some phones @ 150w \ laptops 200w.

I don't think this is newsworthy,ravpower has had a 90watt 30,000 wh smaller and much more portable bank for over two years.I can personally vouch for the 1mbp 16 inch full charge and portability.

It's not exactly cheap at $169 USD, but it'll probably be the best and only power bank you'll need. The informative OLED display in particular helps separate it from most other power banks in the market.
