Userbenchmark should die. it's not a threat, it just should.
They will never gain people's respect again, and to add to that they never stopped trashtalking about amd, even when they literally can't put it lower than the top.
Just stop, go home, you're drunk.

UserBenchmark is total garbage, that is true. But, Intel fans shouldn't derive any solace from that. The benchmark tells us nothing because it is garbage. Until we have some non-trivial benchmark results, synthetic or 'real world', there is nothing worth saying about the performance of Raptor Lake vs Zen 4.

It is regrettable to see notebookcheck publishing rubbish like this and amplifying the noise that UserBenchmark generates.

It is probably fair to assume that Zen 4 will fare well in throughput and multi-threaded workloads and less well in peak core performance. But, we shall see.

It is hilarious seeing UserBenchmark (as bad as their terrible benchmark is) singing Intel's praises and badmouthing AMD even as they list AMD as holding the top spot on their (worthless) benchmark performance chart.

"AMD-Raptor-4 and Intel-Zen-13"?!!

Damn, zen 4 midrange part better than the 12900k and ks????? That is just incredible. I mean, look. Right there. 117>116.

This site is so stupid. Been dumping on amd ever since they were created, literally. I wonder if nvidia and intel jointly own the company through a subsidiary.

Like previously stated, they'll find some sort of way to make AMD's products look like crap again. Not that it matters, anyone who is actually interested in userbench either doesn't really care about benchmarking, or just wants to see results in the same ecosystem. It's at least decent for that.

Well that kind of rhetoric just makes me want to buy an AMD chip. Looks like I know what I'm getting this year.

Cinebench to check performance comparison, lUserBenchmark to laugh and forget.

It's only a matter of time until they change the weighting of the benchmark again so Intel stays on top.

Came here to write both of these exact things. Not doing your own cred any good when you write an article about them. Maybe you guys are Intel shills now, too?

Quote from: Ilnahro on August 07, 2022, 00:57:24Let's be honest, there is nothing perceived about UserBenchMarks bias in favor of Intel. No noteworthy reviewer produces numbers even remotely as favorable to Intel in real world or even other synthetic benchmarks as UserBenchMark does (outside of that one niche application called AVX512). They have been miles off the mark basically since Ryzen launched. Not to mention all those utterly unprofessional remarks you reference from their review.

They are only brought up to be laughed/raged at now.

The AMD Ryzen 5 7600X engineering sample that recently appeared on the beleaguered website UserBenchmark has now been placed in the top position in the site's CPU average bench chart. To acknowledge this somewhat surprising turn of events, the Ryzen 5 7600X and AMD have earned the most backhanded of compliments.
