It is due to use of the extra dim feature that came with update. Stopping use of the feature will avoid from getting more lines.

Several Galaxy S20+ owners have taken to social media to complain about display issues with their smartphones. A green/pink line has appeared seemingly out of nowhere. Samsung is yet to acknowledge the issue, which appears to be a hardware fault.
