While I would prefer QHD+ over FHD+ as so-termed for a given subpixel matrix, I would take FHD+ with a full RGB matrix any day over a faux QHD+ RG/BG.

(Also that thumbnail is cursed)

There is an ever-growing range of specs OEMs can choose when making the all-important display for their next smartphone. However, according to the results of a new poll conducted in June 2022, LCD should be avoided for a win on the market at this point - as should a curved panel and a reduced refresh rate. FHD+ is also a safe option, although QHD+ still has its fans.
