Samsung is now believed to have a new member of its rugged XCover smartphone series in the works. Confusingly, some of them paint it as a second-gen Pro, whereas others construe it as an upgrade for the 5. Either way, it is expected to arrive with specs such as an FHD display and Bluetooth 5.2.
