I understand that Christmas is not a public holiday in China, but still, to not release your biggest product, around the world's biggest celebration/gathering/shopping frenzy in human history (technically, before Black Friday), and release it after the 25th of Xmas, that only shows just how disconnected an entity really must be with the world.

The Xiaomi 13 series will be Xiaomi's mainstream flagship lineup next year and the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro have now made their first appearances on Xiaomi's IMEI database. As it appears, both phones may debut ahead of typical schedule as well.
